A luscious Oreo cheesecake bar that combines the classic chocolatey crunch of Oreos with creamy cheesecake texture.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 24 Oreo cookies, crushed
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup whipped cream (optional)
  • Additional crushed Oreos for topping (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper, ensuring it hangs over the edges for easy removal later.
  2. Mix the crushed Oreo cookies with melted butter until they’re well combined. Press this crust mixture firmly into the bottom of your prepared baking pan.
  3. Beat the softened cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Add in the eggs one at a time, mixing thoroughly.
  4. Pour the cream cheese mixture over your Oreo crust in the baking pan, spreading it into an even layer.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the center is set but still slightly wobbly.
  6. Allow the bars to cool at room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours to fully set.
  7. Top with whipped cream and additional crushed Oreos before serving.

Notes

Ensure cream cheese is at room temperature to avoid lumps. For extra flavor, consider swirling in melted chocolate or caramel before baking.
