A rich and creamy no bake cheesecake made with Oreo cookies, perfect for gatherings and sweet escapes.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 package of Oreo cookies
  • 1/4 cup of melted butter
  • 2 (8 oz) packages of cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup of powdered sugar
  • 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract
  • 1 cup of heavy whipping cream, whipped
  • Additional Oreo cookies for garnish

Instructions

  1. Crunching the cookies: Crush the Oreo cookies in a food processor until fine crumbs form. Mix these delicious crumbs with melted butter and press this mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form a crust.
  2. Creamy base preparation: In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add in the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until everything is well combined and creamy.
  3. Whip it good: Gently fold in the whipped cream with a spatula until fully combined with the cream cheese mixture. This adds an airy lightness to the filling.
  4. Layering the goodness: Pour the creamy cheese mixture over the prepared Oreo crust and smooth the top with a spatula.
  5. Chill out: Refrigerate the cheesecake for at least 240 minutes or until it’s fully set.
  6. Garnish & serve: Before serving, adorn the cheesecake with additional Oreo cookies on top. Slice and enjoy the sweet, chocolatey goodness!

Notes
