- 9 cups rice cereal
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
Instructions
- Measure the rice cereal in a large bowl and set aside.
- Melt the chocolate chips, peanut butter, and butter in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave at high for 1 minute, stir, and microwave an additional 30 seconds until melted and smooth. Stir in vanilla.
- Pour the chocolate mixture over the rice cereal and stir gently until evenly coated.
- Combine the chocolate-coated cereal and powdered sugar in a large plastic bag, seal, and shake until well-coated.
- Spread the mixture onto waxed paper to cool completely. Store in an airtight container.
Notes
